To: All Parents and Guardians
We would like to inform that with effect from the 8th July 2009 (wednesday), the school will implementing additional security measures so as to improve the safety and security for our students and staff. The following measures will be introduce.
1. Additional gates have been constructed to make the school populalation gated, enabling us to regulate the inflow and outflow of students, parents and visitors within our school campus in a more controlled manner.
2. This gated area will manner by our security personnel and entry will be restricted to students and staff only. As such, anyone requiring entry into the gated areas for offical business, including our valued parents shall be required to obtain visitor passes from guard post at the main entrance.
3. The parking bay in front of the canteen area shall be restricted parking area for use by our valued parents for above purpose.
4. The rear entrance of the school (opposite Al-Amin School) shall be restricted to usage by staff only.
We seek your kind cooperation in this matter in order to make this security procedure a success.
